The basis for the Exploration Target is the historic non-JORC compliant estimate of resources set out in Section 3.8 of the Independent Geologists Report in the Company's IPO Prospectus dated 10 April 2008 (see pages 34-40) ("Historic Estimates"). The Historic Estimates were generated prior to the introduction of the JORC Code. Due to an incomplete set of analytical certificates for uranium assay data contained within reports prepared by PNC Exploration Australia Pty Ltd (which previously held an interest in the ground the subject of the Mulga Rock Deposits), digital data compiled from these reports, and other sources, cannot be fully validated through laboratory documentation. Therefore, it has not yet been possible to fully determine the consistency of the Historic Estimates with the JORC Code and thus the Historic Estimates cannot be reported as 'Resources' or 'Reserves' under the JORC Code (and are thus not reported in this Presentation). The Historic Estimates do, however, form the basis for the Exploration Target Range.
